We invest in several classes of real estate assets, with a high differential in the performance of judicial and extrajudicial auctions. IPANEMA is responsible for the entire cycle of real estate investment, from legal and commercial appraisal (due diligence), through the legal procedures for the acquisition and sale of assets to the return or reinvestment of invested capital, at the investor’s option.
To do so, Ipanema develops and uses several technological and innovative solutions to streamline the entire process, ensure legal certainty and increase the profitability of investors.
Its founding partners, Raphael Cataldo Siston, owner of Cataldo Siston Advogados, and João Sampaio Vianna, president of Ipanema Investments and member of the Advisory Board of CEBRI (Brazilian Center for International Relations), which brings together some of the largest companies in Brazil, have extensive experience) in the investment and real estate markets.
In the real estate market, they have more than 700 real estate purchase (purchase) operations, R$356 million raised, R$650 million in PSV, 110,000M2 sold, 100% of legal settlement and with an average return of more than 49% a.a.
In terms of investments, especially Sino-Brazilian, they have already negotiated with 08 of the 50 largest Chinese companies, working on the formation of Joint Ventures, SPvs, FDI, M&A, among others.
